All prices are in United States dollars (USD). Each price is for one order — one machine with the stated specification for the whole stated term. There are no hourly meters, no accounts to fund and nothing that renews: you pay once, for exactly what is listed. Prices exclude taxes; where value added tax or a similar tax applies, it is shown in the order confirmation before you pay.

The exact GPU model, CPU model and location of the machine are stated in your order confirmation before payment. Configurations with more GPUs, more memory or longer terms are quoted on request in USD.
Technical consulting
USD 80 per hour, quoted in advance as a fixed number of hours for a fixed scope. Minimum engagement: 2 hours (USD 160). Payment before work starts. Hours not yet worked are refunded if you cancel — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What every compute order includes
- The machine specification stated in the order confirmation, dedicated to you for the term.
- Administrative access over SSH and a clean installation of a current Linux distribution.
- Network access over the public internet for the duration of the term.
- E-mail and telephone support during business hours.
- An invoice in the name of VELA COMPUTE - FZCO, in USD.
Not included
- Software licences other than the operating system.
- Backups and data retention after the term.
- Work on your code, models or data (available as a consulting order).
Payment and billing
- Currency. All prices are quoted and charged in United States dollars (USD). Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees.
- One payment per order. Every order is paid in full, in one payment, before provisioning starts. We do not operate prepaid accounts, stored value, account credit or any form of running balance, and we do not hold funds for future orders.
- Payment methods. Payment card, processed by an independent, licensed payment service provider — VELA never receives or stores full card numbers — or bank transfer for business customers. The available methods are stated in the order confirmation.
- Taxes. Prices exclude taxes. Where value added tax or a similar tax applies to your order, it is shown separately in the order confirmation and on the invoice.
- Invoices. Every paid order receives an invoice in the name of VELA COMPUTE - FZCO.
- Refunds. Cancel before provisioning for a full refund; end an order early and the unused whole hours are refunded to the original payment method. Full rules: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Questions
Is there a minimum term?
The shortest listed term is 48 hours. Shorter or longer terms can be quoted on request.
Can I extend an order?
Yes, by placing a new order before the current term ends. Where the same machine is still available we will try to keep it assigned to you, but continuity between orders is not guaranteed.
Do orders renew automatically?
No. An order ends at the end of its term. Nothing is charged unless you place a new order.
Can I pay for several future orders at once or keep funds on account?
No. Each order is paid separately, and we never hold customer funds for future use.
What happens if the machine fails during the term?
Report it to us. Where the problem is on our side you choose between restoration with the term extended by the downtime, a replacement of equal or better specification, or ending the order with a refund of the unused hours plus the period of unavailability. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy, section 5.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment card through our payment service provider, or bank transfer for business customers. The methods available for your order are stated in the order confirmation.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Every paid order receives an invoice in the name of VELA COMPUTE - FZCO, in USD, sent to the e-mail address named in the order.
Do you sell to individuals?
No. Our services are offered to companies, organisations and sole traders acting in the course of their business.
