About VELA COMPUTE - FZCO

Provision of cloud computing and IT infrastructure services — providing customers with access to computing capacity, with related technical consulting and support.

In practice this means three things: we give businesses access to GPU computing capacity on fixed-term, fixed-price orders; we advise on IT infrastructure, workload deployment and cyber risk; and we support our customers for the duration of every order. We sell in United States dollars to business customers.

VELA COMPUTE - FZCO is the seller and the sole contracting party for every order. Machines may run on infrastructure operated by VELA or by infrastructure suppliers under contract with VELA; in every case the contract, invoice, payment and support relationship are with VELA COMPUTE - FZCO only. Each order is a separate, fully paid contract for one machine and one term. We do not operate prepaid accounts or hold customer funds for future use.
